Return Policy
For manufacturing faults or defects.
1. Return Window: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Condition: Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.
3. Return Process: Contact us via email at info@elpaso.co.za or whatsapp us on 082 909 8054 to initiate return. We’ll provide a return shipping label.
Refund Policy
1. Refund Eligibility: Refunds issued for items received in original condition.
2. Refund Method: An EFT payment will be made to an account specified by the original purchaser.
3. Refund Timeline: Refunds processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item.
